Axis Zeroes

X:

Homes Positive towards the top of the Router.  Works in the Negative machine (G53) space.

Part Zero is center of the tool at the bottom of the door. 

There is just barely enough space on the negative end of the X axis travel to be able to get it down under the door to touch off the bottom of the door.  It should reach though.  You don't want to move the limit switch any farther down, or the axis will hit the top of the Z motor housing.

Y:

Homes negative away from the operator.  Works in the positive machine (G53) space.

Part Zero is center of the tool at the top edge of the door farthest from the operator.

Note that the tool can not move fully past the top of the door to touch off, so you will need to zero G54 another way.  Use a 1x2x3 block or something else of a known size to block the door away from the hinge.  Touch off the tool, add your block, subtract half your tool.

Z:

Homes positive (away from the door).  Works in the negative machine (G53) space.
