291090 Tool Tray Assembly

How to assemble the Tool Tray Kit on an HMI.

Two people are almost required to do this.

Install the USB Hub on the large center tool tray (the right photo shows the USB Hub to be installed on the left photo, red circle).

One person hold the center Tray up and another bring in the outer trays and screw them in. The same hole on the keyboard tray holds both the center tool tray and the outer tool trays (note that the outer tool tray on the monitor side will need to use a stubby driver or mount tool tray before monitor).

Plug in the USB Hub. This is typically done with the external USB port but may be done where ever you prefer, inside the control (if an empty slot is available) or outside.

Connect the Scanner.

Tool Tray assembly is complete. If there is a Cup Holder, this can go anywhere you like, make your own holes if you want.

Now you can lose your 10mm sockets in the pile of stuff you put on the trays.
