MillWizard Why is the Tool Path Grayed out?

Mill Wizard tool path is grayed out?

The PC requirements for the Mill Wizard are as follows:

Laptop or Desktop

• Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8 (Must be run as admin in order to work properly)
  
• 2Ghz CPU
  
• 1GB RAM
  
• Video Card with 256MB RAM and OpenGL3.0 or higher

If you are running a lower version number of OpenGL3.0 the tool path will not work and will
grey out.
