TECO Power and Encoder Cables

400W TECOs

Because 400W cables and the original 400W motors without a gearbox are no longer available, use the following process to upgrade a 400W system. 

If the motor, encoder cable, or power cable fails, you always have to replace all 3. For example, if a MT-040-302 (6CC401G-3DEBW-U) motor fails, you have to replace the motor, encoder cable, and power cable with completely new part numbers.

Option 1: Replace with 400W brake motor with original connectors

Must wire brake cable directly to 24VDC. Polarity does not matter.

Must be enough space for a 132mm motor (36.6mm longer than the original).

 

 

 

Option 2: Replace with new motor with new connectors

Select whatever length needed.

750W TECOs

For 750W motors we still have motors in stock, but we don't have the original power and encoder cables. So if a motor fails you can replace the motor. If the cable fails, you must repair the cable or replace the motor, power cable, and encoder cable.
