How to configure clearly anywhere

  1. Make sure that they have the licensing in the phone admin site: phones.machmotion.com (you will need to ask Dave Nuss to allow your IP to access this site) 

  2. Click on PBX Admin 

  3. Login using the credentials from Keeper: Mach Phone System GUI Login 

  4. Click on Modules and then click on User Management 

  5. Click on the pencil next to the user you want to edit 

  6. Click on the Groups dropdown to make sure the "ClearlyAnywhere Enabled" is selected. 

  7. It may give you an error stating that you don't have enough users. Contact Dave Nuss to create more Clearly Anywhere users.
