  • B1-01 : 3
  • B1-02 : 3
  • B1-08 : 1
  • F6-01 : 0
  • F6-03 : 0
  • F6-14 : 1 (Cannot be changed from the front panel.  Use Drive Wizard for this parameter) 
  • O1-03: 1 (Frequency Display Unit Selection, on release later than 16161)

For a A1000 or a GA500 or a GA800, also update the following parameters:

  • H5-11 : 1 (Comm ENTER command not required)

Spindle Load Input Scale Max is calculated as follows:

Spindle Load Input Scale Max = Rated VFD Current X (1/multiplier)

The multiplier is based on the VFD model number:

  • 0.01 A units: B001 - B018, 2001 - 2042, 4001 - 4023
  • 0.1A units: 2056 - 2082, 4031 - 4060

So a 2021 VFD has a .01 multiplier. Spindle Load Input Scale Max = 21 amps X (1/.01) = 2100.

Also, for the machine to wait for the spindle to reach the desired speed, make sure to check the Wait on spindle to stabilize.
