Electrical Review

Confirm that the DCF and electrical schematics have the same incoming power. (Phase and Voltage)

Compare physical build to electrical schematics

• Observe wire terminations for proper crimping
• Verify wire size/color
• Verify wire tag
• Verify Device tag/component
• Verify breaker size

Verify connections

• Terminal designations
• Secure

Check brake circuit (Is power coming from general 24v or from safety relay output)

Compare VFD and Drive Voltage against incoming power

Confirm that the drive voltage matches the incoming power to the drive.

Before powering on the panel make sure B2 and B3 are jumped on the drives (Not needed if resistors are connected to B1 B2)
