Mach4 "Vertex Buffer Objects requested but not available"

If you are running Mach4 on an XP OS and you recieve the "Vertex Buffer Objects requested
but not avaiable" Error message check the version of OpenGL that you are using it has to be
V1.5 or greater or you will see that error message.
