How Tool Offsets Affect Hinge Shape

These concepts work the same for the horizontal Lock side bits. Though the X offset will be flipped.

Y Offset

Changing the Y offset will affect the width of the hinge. Increasing the Y Offset will make the width larger and decreasing will make the width smaller. See image.

Length

Changing the Length will affect the height of the hinge. Increasing the Length will make the height smaller and decreasing will make the height larger. See image.

X Offset

Changing the X offset will affect the depth of the hinge. Increasing the X Offset will make the depth smaller and decreasing will make the depth larger. See image.
