  • Add Set-up control point and complete as necessary.

    • Update HiCON Firmware and FPGA to latest.

    • Set Resistor wattage in drive Yaskawa PN600 = (Wattage x 0.02) 
    • Set homing method to "Home to current position" (Config/plug-ins/Rapid Path/Drives)
  • VFD
    • If regen resistor for yaskawa VFD set L3.04 to 3.
    • Custom VFD parameters (use data collection form)
    • Check manual for extra settings (A1000, GA500, GA800, Safety relay) Yaskawa VFD
    • VFD Communication settings configured on VFD Yaskawa VFD
    • Add watchdog to I/O widget
    • Set VFD Control to "Mach" ??installer update?? (Rapidpath Only)

  • Take a photo of  the Intime license code for customer backup

    • Ensure all motors are connected in Rapid Path
    • Remove old Mach4 folders on the (C:) drive
    • Verify that the X15-41-01 MPG Pendent has been added to MachMotion Plugin if it is on the BOM
    • Shut down the PC and Test Reset button in PC Boot Mode
    • Restart the PC and make sure it turns on normally
    • Confirm Correct icons are on the desktop

    • Run MachMotion APPLICATION Backup and copy to USB and Server
    • Empty Recycle Bin
    • Delete downloads
    • Remove Chrome account Login
