G65 P9519 I-0.001

O9520 Collision Detection (Not currently used)

O9521 Wheel Diameter Check

Description

Checks to see if the wheel is below the minimum diameter after dressing.  If the wheel diameter is below the minimum diameter a Macro Alarm is created.

Examples

Wheel Diameter Check

G65 P9521

O9522 Wheel Width Check

Description

Checks to see if the wheel is below the minimum width after dressing.  If the wheel width is below the minimum width a Macro Alarm is created.

Examples

G65 P9525 H2.0

O9526 Activate Diamond Tool Offsets

D Diamond selection (1,2,3)

Description

Copy the current tool X and Y offsets over to the diamond tool offsets (91, 92, 93) and then activate the diamond offset. This macro is called at the beginning of the dress cycle.

Examples

Activate diamond offsets for diamond 1

G65 P9526 D1

O9527 Restore Tool Offsets

Description

Restore the tool offsets back to before the dress cycle was called.

Examples
