Installation of X15-62-01 Top Mount Swivel

1. Remove the four (4) ¼-20 stainless steel button head cap screws from the top left of the control and remove the cover plate.

 

1. Rotate the swivel slightly. 
2. Use the supplied ¼-20 black oxide socket head cap screws to secure the swivel to the top of the control.

1. Mount to surface with ¼-20 screws.
2. Run cabling to control and connect.
