The purpose of this SOP is to show the refund process on the Artsoft product lines, on WordPress.

Who executes this SOP:  

Users who have direct approval of administering refunds or users who have been granted administrator approval to administer a specific refund. 

When is this used:

Official Refund Policy:
It is the nature of internet licensing that refunds are impossible – once a license is generated it is not possible to be “returned”. Therefore, please utilize the Demo versions of the software to ensure the program you purchase is applicable to your needs beforehand as ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Artsoft may refund purchases in special circumstances, but only at the discretion of Artsoft. 

Procedure:

1. Open up and log into Machsupport Wordpress (Wordpress login)
2. Select WooCommerce → Orders
3. 
4. Go to the Search Bar on the right of the screen and type in one of the details below to find the proper order to refund.
   • Order ID number
   • Invoice Number
   • User first & last name
   • Coupon Code(Coupon codes will need a different refund process)

6. Select the proper Transaction

8. Scroll Down and select "Refund"
9. 
10. Input the Quantity of items you wish to refund, input the reason as to why the refund(for ours and their record) and select "Refund $$$$ via Advanced Card Processing"

12. Next Download the Invoice and Email the invoice.

14. Next, send a message to your finance team containing the details blocked out in Red below.
