Create Lathe Tool Table

On a lathe/turn, it's possible you have the wrong type of tool table. If you delete the existing tool table and restart Mach a couple of times, Mach will automatically create the right kind of tool table.

  1. Shut down Mach4.
  2. Navigate to the C:\Mach4\Profiles\Turn\ToolTables.
  3. Delete the "tooltable.tls" file shown below in red.
  4. Restart Mach4.
  5. Shut down Mach4. (This will create the new Lathe specific tool table.)
  6. Restart Mach4. (This will populate the tool table with your X and Z offset values.)
